We work with high net worth business owners and property investors  that are sourced from national events, business meetings and our internet advertising campaigns. We are recognised as a leading business in our specialised field of business and property pensions and investments. The role of SSAS Advisor is ideally suited to someone that has experience in the property or finance sector and who has interacted with successful business people. Working with The Landlord’s Pension will expand your knowledge of property, alternative forms of property investing, business investing, property taxation and investment planning. Ultimately you will be helping new clients grow their wealth using our unique investment strategies.
The Landlord’s Pension is a market leader in a niche industry (5 star client reviews on Google and Facebook). Our clients invest in property using a business pension which is a type of pension exclusive to company directors (you will be trained on the technicalities). A business pension is in fact a very simple form of savings account whereby any money deposited in it benefits from tax free status. Investments grow free of tax and there is no tax to pay on the sale of any property purchased using money in the account. The beauty of a business pension is that only very few directors know of them or understand how they work yet it is of huge value and importance – ultimately there is absolutely no reason that a company director should have any type of pension other than a business pension.
This SSAS Advisor position will involve generating new clients from business meetings, property trade shows and property seminars where the company is invited to speak. The Landlord’s Pension has a substantial marketing budget to create opportunities, you will also be required to source new business using your own initiative. You will then be responsible for working with their clients on a long term basis.
