Laura and the team were excellent in explaining what to expect and keeping us advised every step of the way, in fact as part of the fact-find, we came across pensions we didn't realise we had! I manage my own SSAS, but I know that Laura is at the end of the phone if I need her and she will not hesitate to help. If fact I assumed that when I left work I would simply take my final salary pension and that would be it!
After my wife saw a presentation by Mike Holt she suggested we ask him along to speak about SSAS pensions and possibilities at our Asana North West Property Meet. (We also invited a couple of investors to speak about the reality of SSAS investments!)
Since then Mike has helped us to understand and appreciate the real value of my pension, guided us through the process of setting up a new scheme, transferring my accrued rights and finding the right scheme administrators.
Mike is always available to talk us through the complexities of each investment opportunity helping to keep it nice and straightforward.

I also learned how I could use 50% of the total funds within my own business to really accelerate its growth whilst giving a healthy return to the pension.

So, with the help of the Landlord’s Pension I now have a SSAS Pension which is growing at a far higher rate than my various company pensions, my property business is growing rapidly and more importantly, I have full control and visibility of my pension funds.

Mike and the team made all this possible and it was relatively easy to do. I might even go as far as saying, they actually made pensions interesting and understandable! read less
